Our Distribution Team connects with asset managers to build relationships and showcase the opportunities they can unlock by partnering with us. Clients then work with our Structuring Team to create bespoke funds that fulfil both investor and regulatory requirements. Once set-up, our Lifecycle Team assumes the day-to-day financial management of the funds and the client relationships. On one side, our fund controllers oversee the financial deliverables of our private market products, preparing financial reports and liaising with auditors and service providers. On the other, our fund onboarding, investor services, and platform team manage the daily interaction with clients, ensuring we are meeting and exceeding their requirements in order to maintain our strong partnerships. Our Technology Team ties all our functions together by creating, maintaining, and continually improving the platforms on which we host our products and services. The Graduate Experience Structuring: Graduates on our Structuring team will assist in designing and developing investment products, supporting fund launches, product development, and financial modelling. Lifecycle: Graduates on the Lifecycle team will work in one of the following areas. 1. Graduates in our Fund Controlling team will gain hands-on experience operating investment funds, from formation to daily operations. You will work on fund controlling, governance, and financial reporting, while collaborating with our clients and investors. This role offers a strong foundation in fund operations, accounting, and tax considerations, helping you develop key commercial and critical thinking skills to accelerate your career. 2. Graduates on our Fund Onboarding, Investor Services, and Platform Team will learn to manage the day-to-day servicing of funds, how to build and retain relationships with key stakeholders, and investor management. You will gain experience in ensuring operational oversight of all processes through to managing relationships with GPs and Private Banks, all while focusing on integrating our service with our proprietary technology offerings to enhance client experience.
