Opportunity
This role will suit someone looking for a step up into a position with more responsibility and exposure across the business. Ideally, you’ll have some transferable experience but more importantly you’ll demonstrate a strong willingness to learn. The candidate will join the Fund Platform team, based in Dublin. This team is responsible for the deliverables outlined in the section below, and the holder of this role will play an important part in executing these. Specifically, the Fund Relationship Manager will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing relationship of key GP and Distributors, acting as the primary conduit between our clients and fund service providers to address and solve complex issues; using project management tools to bring to resolution.    

Key Team Deliverables:  
Fund Management  
· Support the Fund Structuring team in the delivery of new funds, from product inception through to launch
· Take over from the Fund Structuring team the day-to-day interaction with S64 clients.
·  Represent S64 in meetings with clients and service providers
· Develop and maintain project management tools to support the launch process
·  Manage the onboarding of distributors, including ensure completion of distribution agreements with support from the structuring team.
·  Support the Data Management team to ensure that data links are in place for platforms such as FE FundInfo, SIX, BBG, WM Daten as required.
· Support trade order connectivity requirements (such as Clearstream, AllFunds, FundSettle)
· Collaborate with the administrator to ensure that initial investors and their intermediaries are efficiently onboarded for new fund launches
· Ensure that the fund operations team manage the financials of the fund (trailer fees, performance fees, NAV analysis).
· Identify issues and ensure resolution by leveraging the broader S64 team
· Manage investor reporting and ensure this is completed with high quality and on time.          

Investor Services:
· Provide best in class customer service and managing all types of investor queries
·  Ensure all investor, distributor and service provider queries are managed and disseminated to applicable responsible parties.
· Investor subscription and onboarding
· Review fund documents ( subs docs, AML / KYC docs, other investor eligibility docs) as required  

Distributor Services:
· Identify Distributor underlying investor requirements and project manage with the broader team resolution actions
· Support production of marketing pitch books and teasers  

Service Providers
· Support relationships with service providers
· Ensure that fund investors receive quality of service and cost optimisation  

Onboarding and Due Diligence
· Ensure that onboarding and due diligence requirements relating to fund launches is managed in a timely and efficient manner
· Develop and maintain due diligence packs to support this  

Operating Model Design
· Work with Fund Structuring, Fund Operations and broader platform team to capture operational requirements of new funds
· Ensure documentation of deliverables -- Operating Memorandum (OM), policies and procedures and / or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are completed by relevant parties.  

Technology
· Work with the technology team and service providers to deliver new solutions serviced by S64 proprietary technology
